We work together to come with the knowledge, resources and nutrition to help you create a strong and energized body and mind. 

I create personalized nutrition and wellness programs to help support you on your weight loss journey. During our 1-on-1 sessions we will focus on nutritional support. We will look at ways to support your hormones so you have the energy and the ability to lose weight easier. I know that true weight loss comes by making healthy shifts to our diet, combined with ways to reduce stress, regular exercise and having healthy relationships with our families, career and friendships. That is why At Epione Life we take a holistic approach and focus on many different areas of your life so you feel supported on many levels.

How to Eat, Move & Be Healthy

The How To Eat , Move and Be Healthy program works with you to create a customised plan of action to maintain your optimal level of health and performance 

  1. You will learn how to proportion your meals to achieve your optimal weight

  3. Choose and exercise program that works for you using our online app with Fitness is  my Life
  4. Understand the major impact of stress has on your body
  5. Discover how getting to sleep on time can improve your healthy
  6. Overcome unwanted symptoms such as acne, irritable bowel syndrome, acid reflux, bloating, headache, joint pain and many more by eating the right foods and taking care of yourself
