My own transformation journey inspired me to studying about the body and in particular about the brain after I had worked with the elderly living with dementia.  I found that the correct nutrition, sleep, exercise and stress management made a tremendous difference to the manifestation of my symptoms.

 I went on to gain a certification in generally understanding dementia and got interested in how what we out into our bodies and on our bodies can effect health . This inspired me to go further to gain my certification in Nutrition, as a Nutrition and Health and Sport coaching, Life Coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Tools I also use are Meditation and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as Tapping I am very passionate to share my knowledge and my goal is to show women how they can live a healthy and happy life, to support them to develop a style they are comfortable with that is unique and works for them. How we feel and what happens to us pertaining to our health is mostly within our control. This knowledge has been so empowering me, to know that I do have some control
